Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation, editing, and reviewing, of management plans and reports
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties including coordinating, organizing meetings, composing a variety of correspondence including presentations, status reports, meeting minutes and memos.
  • Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/presentations, and in-process review preparation
  • Perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Program Administration, Mathematics, Business, or related field AND;
  • 2 or more years experience in project administration/project management and project coordination
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • ServiceNow experience desirable
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong group facilitation and communication skills
  • Strong consulting skills - including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
