Job Description

The ideal candidate is a sharp, motivated self-starter who takes initiative, works independently to get things done while also working collaboratively with business leaders to proactively manage elements of the EE lifecycle, and approaches work with a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Implements human resources programs, which may include recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.
- Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records.
- Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organizations HR practices to those prevailing in the market.
- Welcome in our new employees, on-board new hires, and bid farewell by exit interviewing and processing departures.
- Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.
- Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Other general HR duties as needed.

 

Qualifications

Core Skills/Qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant and progressive HR experience.
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or other HR certifications preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
