Job Description

We are looking for a great specialist to support our Government customer. The successful candidate will provide credential administration and support to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) operations. Some daily responsibilities include:

  • Manage smart ID cards to include such items as resetting, terminating, and badge inventory
  • Schedule appointments through GSA scheduling tools
  • Process all badge registration and keep applicants informed of all statuses. Take photos and capture digital signatures
  • Security Management- Instruct all applications about security regulations and issue Personnel Identification Verification Credentials (PIV). Work with the security office in the execution of HSPD-12 policies, practices and procedures
  • Manage all verbal, written and electronic correspondence and inquiries
  • Code Cards for Logical and Physical Access in Velocity (EPACS)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required. At least one year relevant administrative and security experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HSPD-12 program preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft office and GSA scheduling tool preferred

Clearance Requirement

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation clearance
