Job Description

  • Responsible for determining the features of a product prior to its initial release.
  • Work with a Scrum team.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to give feedback on sprint achievement and define new user stories.
  • Establish acceptance criteria for each user story.
  • Maintain responsibility for developing requirements as user stories and facilitating meetings with business stakeholders to comprehend the details, dependencies, and status of all milestones, epics, and features.
  • Raise issues, risks, or decisions to chief product owner and senior management.
  • Identify impacts to as developers communicate schedule delays or propose re-sequencing or de-scoping.
  • Identify risks to inform senior management’s prioritization and tradeoffs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with supporting Agile delivery
  • Experience with sprint planning and use case development
  • Experience in engaging with clients to capture and prioritize business needs
  • Experience with reporting and tracking requirements or user stories
  • Experience with presenting material to senior division, program, and government officials
  • Experience with analyzing business process and documentation to identify areas of improvement and efficiency
  • BA or BS degree required
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to be a self-motivated team player
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with government software development teams
