Job Description
LEAD LIFECYCLE MANAGER — ENTERPRISE FREIGHT
Circle Logistics | Fort Wayne, IN (hybrid considered)
Circle Logistics is a national third-party logistics provider running enterprise freight relationships with Fortune 1000 shippers. Our accounts are structured as parent-child hierarchies — owning a parent company means owning every location underneath it. That structure only works if someone owns the rules. That's this job.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
You are the referee, the auditor, and the architect of how leads move through our organization. You'll write and enforce the rules of engagement for lead ownership and distribution across account managers and pods — including the parent-child hierarchy logic that governs who owns what. When two reps claim the same opportunity, you adjudicate it, then write the rule so it never happens again. You'll monitor lead velocity and aging, spot-check rep behavior against pipeline reality, and flag the rep sitting on 30 untouched leads before it costs us a quarter. You'll manage lead growth: sourcing rules, assignment logic for new enterprise targets, and reclamation of neglected accounts back into the pool.
Qualifications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You've done lead governance at a company that sells into large enterprises — named account rules, territory disputes, routing logic, hierarchy management. You've personally arbitrated ownership conflicts and had the standing to make the decision stick. You think in process first, tooling second: you can tell us the difference between a lead that's stalled and a lead that's dead, and what rule catches each. You're comfortable telling a top producer no.
HubSpot proficiency required. Admin certification not — we're hiring judgment, not workflows.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This is not a HubSpot administrator role, a marketing automation role, or a dashboard-building role. If your resume leads with integrations and certifications, this isn't the fit.
