Job Description

Circle Logistics is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who will oversee the new business pipeline and manage the growth of a team of account executives at our Orlando office.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Experience using Sales Enablement technologies such as HubSpot, Sales Loft, Chorus, Zoom Info, and similar platforms to optimize team productivity
  • Ensure forward movement through the lifecycle stages of a lead and maintain pipeline health
  • Regularly report Sales KPIs and performance metrics to leadership with actionable insights
  • Actively seek and bring on new accounts while identifying expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Drive the development of your team members to transition into other teams and advance their careers
  • Plan for hiring, onboarding, and training new account executives to meet team growth objectives
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and supervising to account executives to improve KPIs and overall performance
  • Work closely with the Leadership team to improve opportunity management and sales strategy execution
  • Oversee the RFP and customer onboarding process to ensure seamless transitions and client satisfaction
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and territory strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform sales strategy and positioning
  • Manage sales team budget, including resources allocation and performance-based incentive programs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align on lead quality, messaging, and customer retention initiatives
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ Years Sales Experience Required
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams preferred
  • Proven success in sales development, lead generation, or sales-type role in B2B Sales
  • Demonstrated experience with Sales Enablement technologies such as HubSpot, Sales Loft, Chorus, Zoom Info, or similar platforms
  • Experience in using an enterprise-level CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Superior proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reports)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven track record of working to resolve lead ownership and conflict
  • Strong experience with sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and territory management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members for career advancement and role transitions
  • Experience managing sales budgets and implementing performance-based incentive programs
