Job Description
• Communicate with software business customers throughout the United States via phone and email
• Conduct customer engagement calls to achieve customer satisfaction and retention/renewal goals
• Partner with other teams (sales, support, etc.) to resolve customer issues and address feedback
• Log all daily activity and manage date in CRM software
• May occasionally participate in industry trade shows
Qualifications
• High school diploma required; college degree in Business preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer engagement and retention
• B2B customer support or account management experience; preferably in the IT field
• Superior customer service and communication skills, especially via phone and email
• Proficient computer skills with business and CRM software
• Successful experience achieving goals, meeting deadlines, and tracking the status of assignments
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
