Delivery Coach / Scrum Master — Salesforce (Primary) & NetSuite (Secondary)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Coach / Scrum Master to lead delivery, primarily for our Salesforce team (approximately 90% of the role), with the remaining 10% supporting the NetSuite team. In this role you will act as a servant-leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile (and other) principles, and creating the conditions for high, sustainable delivery. You will remove impediments, protect the team's focus, and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation and coaching skills with familiarity with the Salesforce delivery landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Scrum Master for the Salesforce team (~90% of the role), facilitating all core Scrum ceremonies.
Provide Scrum Master support to the NetSuite team as needed (~10% of the role), coordinating across both workstreams.
Coach both teams on Agile and Scrum practices, driving continuous improvement.
Facilitate retrospectives that surface honest insights and produce concrete, tracked improvement actions.
Identify, track, and remove impediments that block progress across the Salesforce and NetSuite teams.
Protect the teams from external disruption and help maintain a sustainable pace.
Partner with product owners to keep backlogs healthy, refined, and well-prioritised.
Manage cross-team dependencies, especially where Salesforce and NetSuite integrate.
Maintain transparent reporting on sprint health, delivery metrics, and progress for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Solid, demonstrable understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching delivery teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Effective stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
Ability to remove impediments and promote team self-organisation.
Proficiency with an Agile work-tracking tool and delivery reporting.
Preferred Experience
3–5 years in a Scrum Master role.
Experience supporting Salesforce delivery teams or projects.
Exposure to NetSuite projects or ERP delivery.
Relevant Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
Tools & Systems
Salesforce — primary supported platform (~90%).
NetSuite — secondary supported platform (~10%).
Agile work-tracking tool — for backlog, sprint boards, and reporting. Jira
Collaboration tools — Confluence, Slack, Jira
Accountability Measures
Ceremony effectiveness: well-facilitated, outcome-focused Scrum events across both teams.
Impediment resolution: blockers identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Delivery predictability: consistent achievement of sprint commitments and stable flow.
Cross-platform coordination: Salesforce/NetSuite dependencies managed smoothly.
Transparency: clear, current reporting on progress and delivery metrics.
