The Role

In this role as an IT Support Specialist, your impact extends far beyond traditional hardware and software troubleshooting. You will serve as the primary lead for EU Inventory Management, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience through the precise provisioning and global shipment of hardware. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting our Barcelona office infrastructure. As a forward-thinking member of the team, you will help provide the best technical experience for our global workforce.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and on-site, by diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software (including Windows & Mac OS), and network issues.

  • Manage IT Asset stock for Europe in line with request trends and coordinate with logistics to ship and retrieve assets in a timely manner.

  • Maintain office equipment like ZoomRooms and Printers etc & office internet, and ensure these are working flawlessly without interruption

  • Manage and prioritise multiple support requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives and Assist in the support, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, network devices, and workstations.

  • Maintain accurate records of support activities, including incident reports, resolutions, and technical procedures documentation.

  • Provide technical knowledge around our internal systems & record videos on trending issues periodically

  • Document procedures and solutions, and constantly maintain and improve the knowledge base, both for IT internal use and for the Cint employees.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Solid experience in providing technical support, with a focus on troubleshooting IT issues.

  • Experience with a ticketing system (Service Cloud, Zendesk, Jira, etc.) 

  • Good understanding of Windows & Mac OS systems, networking, hardware and software.

  • A genuine interest in IT, technology and doing things systematically. A proactive approach, a talent for troubleshooting and a great collaborator. 

Nice to have:

  • Being familiar with tools and environments like Google, Slack, Okta, Atlassian, MS O365 and MDM (Intune preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Service Request and Change Management) and IT Security.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

This position is a full-time position with a hybrid model, meaning minimum 3 days in the office.
