Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst for Panelist Support to join our team in Gurugram, India (Remote). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our panel of survey participants, ensuring data quality, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain a diverse panel of survey participants, ensuring high engagement and retention rates
- Provide technical support to panelists, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent support to our panelists
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of panelist support processes and procedures
- Analyze panel data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize panel performance and data quality
- Generate regular reports on panel metrics and performance indicators
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or market research
- Experience in panel management preferred
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in answering customer support tickets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent support
- Additionally skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel will be preferred
