Are you passionate about recruiting top technical talent? Join our global business at Cint as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will support our Research & Development (R&D) team. Our Talent Acquisition (TA) function is critical to our success, as it enables us to bring industry-leading products to market. In this role, you will proactively manage the recruitment process, working closely with business leaders to attract and hire the best technical talent.

You will be part of an established global TA team comprising both technical and non-technical recruiters. What You Will Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire recruitment process for technical roles within our R&D function.
  • Consultative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, People Partners, Finance Partners and C-suite on strategic workforce initiatives to share industry trends, compensation insights, and competitor updates.
  • Educate Hiring Managers: Provide guidance on best practices, recruitment strategies, and process improvements to enhance their hiring practices.
  • End-to-End Process Management: Manage all aspects of the hiring process, including writing job advertisements, posting ads, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews, administering technical assessments, and extending job offers.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Smart Recruiters.
  • Support DEI: Promote and support Cint’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in projects with the TA team to implement process changes that enhance our ability to identify and attract talent.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyze your performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for development, and share these insights with the team.


What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience in a technical internal talent acquisition/recruiting role, managing end-to-end recruitment for vacancies in EMEA.
  • R&D Insight: Understanding the importance of the R&D function within a SaaS business.
  • ATS Proficiency: Ability to maintain and manage an accurate ATS.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong team player who can collaborate effectively to address challenges and develop solutions.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Willingness to source candidates proactively to find the right expertise.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Geographic Experience: Experience recruiting technical roles in Prague, Spain, Germany, Poland, and the UK.
  • ATS Experience: Previous experience using the Smart Recruiters ATS.
