Job Description

The Opportunity

Cint is looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. 

You will be responsible for driving new business sales, building relationships with clients, and expanding our customer base in Central Europe.

As the (Senior) Business Development Manager you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the German market, including industry trends, competitors, and cultural nuances.

The Team

Your will be part of the Central European commercial team helmed out of Berlin. The team spreads across Germany and continental Europe and brings together a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. Split into Account Management and Business Development we own the commercial success in the region. 

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and grow the company's customer base in Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date on industry trends and competitors.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.


What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales or business development
  • Deep understanding of the German market, including trends and cultural nuances.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally to other European countries.
  • Being self-motived and hungry for growth.
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in Technology sales or Market Research.
