      Job Description

      The Opportunity

      We are looking for our Senior Consultant, Sales, to be of the CINT business in one of our most strategic regional markets. The position provides an experienced Market Research and Sales professional with a tremendous number of new client opportunities, in an individual contributor hunter role. You will be responsible for pre-sales, qualification, account planning, hunting for new clients in key customer segments; prioritising but not restricted to Market Research, Insights teams, Insights technology, Media agencies/ Martech, Digital transformation/ E-commerce, consulting companies. You will work closely with customers to understand their business goals and co-collaborate with Cint teams (sales, customer success, product, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure that we are providing superb products and services. The role reports to India Sales Head & will be based out of our Gurgaon office.


      What You Will Do

      Rapidly build sales pipeline and drive new revenue streams for the business through strategic, locked-in relationships

      • Require advocacy and empowering customers to transform and adapt to new digital trends in the market
      • Lead pitch and RFI efforts for strategic and global sales opportunities in collaboration with key stakeholders in the company
      • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
      • Provided Consultative and value adding expertise which involves discovering their need and aligning Cint’s value proposition
      • Properly and thoroughly analyse client needs to develop tailored solutions
      • Extensively target new accounts and build a healthy pipeline for closure.
      • Developing accounts for revenue expansion and growth
      • Place a priority on discovery and understand client needs and capabilities
      • Be highly responsive to all customer needs, leading the industry for speed, powerful solutions and quality of response.
      • Work internally with teams to manage the lifecycle of new customers
      • Proactively drive platform adoption across the customer’s enterprise, developing relationships and adoption across all major stakeholders.
      • Turn project sales (sample) opportunities into Cint platform relationships by becoming a trusted advisor to the customer and build lasting relationships.
      • Assist with quotations and feasibility, as required.
      • Manage pipeline though our CRM platform
      • Train and on-board customers as needed to the support Cint platform adoption
      • Work with your peers in other regions to share best practices, learnings, solve problems and devise new initiatives and improvements

      Qualifications

      What We Are Looking For

      • Total work experience of 10-12 years in the market research out of which with 5-8 years of experience in working with brands for their consumer insights     requirements
      • Experience selling data insight, digital media, ad-tech and mar-tech or technology     solutions
      • Person with researcher background will be a plus
      • Highly personable, strong relationship builder, and strong proactive customer focus
      • Proven success at growing accounts through proactive, structured account      governance
      • Understanding of new business process and pipeline management
      • Strong sales acumen and ability to engage, support and even challenge clients      effectively
      • Understanding of how to quote, sell, optimize and deliver research projects
      • Must be based in Gurgaon or Delhi area
      • Excellent analytical skills, process-oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail, to ensure resources are being put to optimum use.
      • Strong team player mindset, but able to work under own initiative and manage      work time effectively
      • Strong PC and general technology skills (particularly full MS Office suite and      general CRM usage)
