Job Description

The Opportunity

The primary responsibility of the role is to drive profitable and sustainable business growth through new client acquisition in the South Africa region. The primary focus is on bringing on new business and initiating client relationships that generate impactful business results.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to helping grow the Cint customer base by generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting. You will have the opportunity to further develop your sales skills while partnering with sales teams to turn leads into opportunities.

 

The ideal candidate  is a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities are essential for maintaining a clean and updated sales CRM.

Also, you should demonstrate a competitive drive and the self-motivation needed to consistently meet and exceed expectations while having a solid understanding of Cint product features and the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.
     

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • At least 1-3 years of experience into calling/prospecting in South Africa.
  • Need really good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other means.
  • Aggressive and target oriented with the ability to work in high-pressure environments, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
  • Should be able to work in a team environment- end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
