Job Description

The Staff Data Analyst will be at the heart of our company's strategic initiatives, wielding the power of data to solve complex problems, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support key decisions and actions primarily with our R&D team. This role is designed for someone with a passion for data, an analytical mind, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive, nuanced, and predictive understanding of sample ecosystem dynamics (price elasticity, demand/supply balance) and their underlying mechanics.
  • With Cint’s Product Managers and engineers, enhance our products to confidently achieve predicted outcomes and optimize delivery, efficiency and quality.
  • Proactively own and drive complex initiatives with committed deadlines. This will involve a mixture of project management skills, communication and presentation skills, strong collaboration across departments, and the initiative to push projects to completion.
  • Create deliverables that express ecosystem dynamics simply and effectively and present findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from stakeholders to conduct exploratory analyses that help to deepen the understanding of metrics or trends. Conduct AB Testing and other experiments as needed. 
  • Contribute to mentoring other members of the team to collectively meet the needs of the business through analyses, reports, and dashboards.
  • Advocate for using data to improve the quality of all of our decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, analytics or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role supporting product analytics
  • Previous experience with online market research methods/products is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience leading the analysis of data from a variety of different sources, presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and creating actionable insights
  • Experience in SQL and other programming languages (e.g. Python)
  • Expert in creating and maintaining dashboards using Power BI
