The ConnectWise Automate / Manage Engineer would be working with our MSP partners to provide professional consulting and admin services on the ConnectWise platform. They would also be developing cool content from scripts, monitors, auto-fixes, to writing SQL to display metrics on a custom-dashboard we have developed, as well as serving as an escalation point for the rest of our Tier 1 team of engineers. Our team helps MSP's leverage best-practices and efficiencies across their tools and technologies, to make MSP's more efficient and profitable.”

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience required
• Should have prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Should have a solid technical background across the entire IT Infrastructure / Managed Services technology stack
• Several years of ConnectWise Automate (LabTech) / Manage experience and deep understanding of the product architecture, as well as the database
• Experience with ConnectWise scripting, SQL
• Command on PowerShell to supplement ConnectWise Automate scripting
• Good understanding of the ConnectWise database and ability to write SQL
• Excellent communication skills and ability to consult with our MSP partners
