Job Description

We are seeking to add a Data Entry Administrator to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

**1 Month Assignment**

Shift: Monday thru Friday, 8am- 5pm 

Pay Rate: $20/hr 

Responsibilities:

  • Enters lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic into computer or completes electronic forms May manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proof read new entries in database for accuracy. Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered. May keep record of work completed
  • Role will be required to execute administrative tasks in the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) system related to a large system upgrade project. The tasks will include linking requirements to test scripts in ALM based on provided offline data provided. Role may also assist with creating setup requests for testers and approvers in ALM and other basic admin tasks in bulk.
  • Enter variety of data using current technology. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes. Review and enter data updates in the systems , Review discrepancies in data received, Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have experience with Excel, General Data Entry/Computer skills, Admin experience.

  • HS Diploma or equivalent 0-3 years of relevant experience Beginner Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

  • Detail oriented and computer skills to execute data entry tasks independently. ALM experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided
