Job Description

Overview:

Provides administrative and clerical support to staff by answering phones, typing, filing, copying, scanning, communicating with clients and potential clients, and creating invoices and sending invoices to clients in QuickBooks.

Social Media Administrator who would maintain, edit and update social media to improve the customer experience. Will conduct regular social media posts and monitoring in order to identify opportunities. The ideal candidate must have excellent spelling and grammar

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• 3 years of experience as Administrative Assistance
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Demonstrates positive, professional, “can do” attitude

Pay Rate: $10-$12
