Job Description

Pay Rate: $32-$40.00/HR

Contract to Permanent Opportunity 

  • Focus on change management at individual and organizational level.
  • Provide support  to business processes, policies, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefits and  ROI
  • Apply structured methodology (Prosci’s ADKAR) and lead change management activities on assigned projects
  • Assess the change impact and create actionable change management strategies
  • Create deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress by completing change management assessments throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track and report issues to the project leadership team and stakeholders

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • PROSCI Change Management certification
  • Minimum of three (3) years of in-depth change management experience

Preferred:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Business or Organizational Leadership, etc.
  • Office 365 and SharePoint experience
