Job Description
Pay Rate: $32-$40.00/HR
Contract to Permanent Opportunity
- Focus on change management at individual and organizational level.
- Provide support to business processes, policies, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
- Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefits and ROI
- Apply structured methodology (Prosci’s ADKAR) and lead change management activities on assigned projects
- Assess the change impact and create actionable change management strategies
- Create deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress by completing change management assessments throughout the project lifecycle
- Track and report issues to the project leadership team and stakeholders
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- PROSCI Change Management certification
- Minimum of three (3) years of in-depth change management experience
Preferred:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Business or Organizational Leadership, etc.
- Office 365 and SharePoint experience
