Job Description

Directs, establishes, and plans the overall policies and goals for hospital or healthcare facility's pharmacy services. Maintains contact with other department heads, medical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problems, improve processes, and promote effective drug therapy.

Experience Requirement 

• Minimum 5 years as a practicing licensed pharmacist
• Pharm D and Licensed in Texas.
• Home infusion experience of 3-5 years.
• Specialty Pharmacy for 5-7 years.
• IVIG experience for a few years
• Product verification Experience 

Preferred 

• Licensed in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas
