Responsible for collecting and summarizing data that will assist Pharmacy and Retail Operations management in both long- and short-range strategic planning, and the development and implementation of programs.  Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of Pharmacy and Retail Operations

Problem-solving capability

• Can disaggregate a complicated issue in a structured way into manageable pieces
  
• Can identify the key issues at the heart of the problem, and prioritize actions accordingly
• Good root cause analysis; asks they “why” and insists on seeing the data to really understand the underlying “truth” rather than just taking someone’s word;

Pay Rate: $70,000 to $80,000  per year+/- depending on experience (negotiable)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 3 years of experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
