Job Description

Cineplex Digital Media is looking for an Awesome Account Manager to come and join our team!  The Account Manager role will focus on leading an existing portfolio, including 1 core account plus between 1-3 smaller/mid‐sized accounts ‐ providing client management and relationship development with a strong focus on account growth. In this role you will report into the Senior Account Manager. 

What The Role Is:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:


  • Manages multiple client projects independently and ensuring the necessary cross functional accountability 
  • Strengthens client relationships with professionalism, clarity and great communication  
  • Manages client and project budgets, including costs and effort to hit margin targets 
  • Proactively seeks revenue driving opportunities through a clear understanding of client needs and industry trends 
  • Manages coordinator through coaching and mentorship while helping to set and track key performance targets 
  • Administration of internal systems on behalf of client team (i.e. CRM) 
  • Timely and accurate estimating and invoicing of client projects 
  • Runs effective internal and external meetings 
  • Reporting of client activity to Senior Account Manager 
  • Generates (with support) client reporting (with key insights), proposals and decks 


What You Need For Success:

  • University or College Degree in relevant discipline 
  • 2-4 yrs. experience in a similar role at an advertising agency, digital marketing and/or media agency
