Job Description

The Marketing Manager, CRM Engagement is responsible for leading all marketing initiatives that drive SCENE program engagement during the SCENE member’s lifecycle from initial onboarding to retention and reactivation. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for developing campaigns and identifying opportunities to evolve capabilities within the marketing tech stack and advocating for those changes. In the day-to-day life as Marketing Manager, CRM you will work closely with internal teams including data and analytics, brand, partnerships and operations to develop strategies and identify needs or gaps. From there you will team up with agency partners to build the creative, get the necessary approvals, build the campaign or journey and execute it. Once the campaign or journey is complete, it will be the Marketing Managers responsibility to develop a post-mortem analysis, share the key learnings with the greater team, and make recommendations on future opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop customer journeys, triggers and experiences from start to finish to create a positive and engaging customer experience Throughout the process identify opportunities to automate marketing processes and find efficiencies.

  • Work closely with the partnerships and brand marketing team to develop and implement strategic campaigns that provide personalized content to targeted segments and deliver against partner and program Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s

  • Participate in the planning process to ensure that lead times, resources and channels support availability

  • Track campaign results and develop insights to improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time

  • Manage the engagement marketing budget and planning for all mid-funnel marketing activities related to the SCENE program

  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop and manage project delivery plans and milestones


What You Need:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing 
  • 3+ years experience creating customer marketing plans (CRM)
  • 3+ years managing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Experience planning and managing marketing budgets
  • Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Proven experience in Strategic Marketing Campaign development
  • Proven experience in the execution of marketing campaigns using a variety of tactics including email, SMS, push notifications and social media
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills

  • Agency management
