CDM (Cineplex Digital Media) is a digital experience agency that helps brands make their in-store impressions worth more, by meaningfully connecting them with their consumers and driving revenue through end-to-end digital signage solutions; we partner with some of the most recognizable global brands, in verticals ranging from QSR and FI to Retail and DOOH media.
We’re looking for an energetic and digitally-savvy Marketing Specialist, reporting directly to the Director, Integrated Marketing. You are a data and results-driven B2B professional who can passionately implement day-to-day omni-channel marketing best practices, including content creation, copywriting, email marketing, SEO, SEM, PR, social media, website KPI reporting and the coordination of special event branding & logistics.

This position is based in Toronto or Waterloo and will include some travel between offices as needed.
What You Will Be Doing:
Manage company’s social media profiles and presence (incl. LinkedIn, Twitter)
Plan social media calendar to create shareable content celebrating our solutions, partners and employees
Explore new ways to engage our target buyers on social networks to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads
Create dynamic website landing pages and formulate SEO, SEM plan to drive web traffic and optimize paid digital.
Track and report social campaign and web metrics on a weekly/ monthly basis. Assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify social media engagement opportunities
Communications, Partnerships & Events
Passionately write engaging communications (internal & external)
Prepare creative and persuasive copy to promote our business / solutions to prospects, customers and influencers
Create brand materials and content assets, such as email drip campaigns, case studies etc.
Plan and execute internal events such as quarterly business updates and company culture initiatives
Support senior marketing team members with brand partnership initiatives such as conferences & tradeshows (virtual or in-person where appropriate), podcasts, sponsorships and interviews
Product & Brand Support
Assist senior marketing team members during the creation of product marketing assets with Product Managers, Innovation Leads and other internal stakeholders
Ensure brand guidelines are met / development of assets, promotional materials, event related collateral
What You Need:
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and written communications
- 1-3 years of SEO and SEM best practices/strategies from planning to execution
- Proficiency in LinkedIn capabilities (incl microtargeting, LI Navigator) and Facebook Ads.
- Copywriting (particularly the ability to merge sales copy with powerful storytelling)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience managing website CMS (e.g. Agility)
- Understanding of demand generation (MQL, SQL) and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Superior analytical skills and ability to generate campaign insights and data
- Degree or extensive experience in Marketing, Business Analytics, Advertising, or related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot is an asset
- Experience working with paid media agencies and influencers is an asset
