The person in this position is responsible for deploying, maintaining, monitoring the cloud-based services in Production and pre-production environments. This person will also work with the Dev & QA teams to help them with the development and testing infra on the cloud in a timely fashion. More specifically, the person will:

• Be responsible for select Cinarra Products and Services
  • Setup of the dev/testing infrastructure on cloud
  • Following up on the assigned deployment/upgrade tickets
  • Attend to production alerts in a timely manner (esp. when on-call)
• Provide reasonable estimates for all deployment and troubleshooting requests and follow through on them to completion
• Work with the members of the Cinarra Engg teams to support them in all their deployment and related troubleshooting needs

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
• Min of 2 years of experience with Python, Shell scripting
• Min of 1 years of experience with Docker, Ansible/Chef, Kubernetes
• Min of 2 years of experience w/CI, Jenkins, JIRA/Confluence, Github (actions)
• Min of 1 year of experience with Terraform, Prometheus/Zabbix/Datadog/etc.
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Experience with relational DBs, key-value stores and some basic SQL
• Experience with virtual environments, AWS, Linux OS
• Experience with or understanding of Nomad, Airflow is highly desirable
• Experience with or knowledge of Nginx, Kafka, ClickHouse, etc. desirable
• Tools: GIT, Curl, and other diagnostic tools
• Good communication skills in English (min level - Upper Intermediate
