Job Description
The person in this position is responsible for testing the company’s products and ensuring the quality of the company’s products and services is top-notch. This person will work with the rest of the Devs & QA team to test and support the company’s products and services and implement the assigned components on the roadmap in a timely fashion. More specifically, the person will be responsible for:
With regard to the Cinarra Products and Services
Learning and understanding the software architecture
Maintenance of the testing infrastructure
Implement and maintain the test plans for software validation
Provide a test plan and a reasonable estimate for completion and follow through on it
Execute the test plan, and script the tests so they can be integrated to test automation
Work closely with the other members of the Cinarra Engg teams
Help with recruitment of talent for the QA team
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Python, Pytest and shell scripting
Ability to document test cases into an organized test plan for review
Extensive experience with API testing (REST APIs)
Experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases
Experience with Kafka, Clickhouse, etc. desirable
Experience with virtual environments, AWS, Linux OS
Knowledge of Apache Tomcat, Nginx, etc.
Tools: GIT, JIRA, Curl, and any other testing tools
Good communication skills in English (min level - Upper Intermediate)
