Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time admin who can keep our back-office running smoothly. You'll handle a mix of bookkeeping, HR admin, and general office coordination — all done remotely, with occasional visits to our Pampanga studio once a week.
This is a great fit for someone who's organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
Bookkeeping & Finance
- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate books (Spreadsheet)
- Track invoices, payments, and payables
- Prepare basic financial summaries and expense reports
- Coordinate with accountant/tax preparer as needed
HR & Admin
- Process semi-monthly or monthly payroll and generate payslips for employees and contractors
- Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy of hours, rates, and deductions
- Track SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions per employee and prepare remittance schedules
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and 201 file management
- Track leave, attendance, and basic compliance requirements
- Liaise with government agencies for remittances and filings
General Office Admin
- Manage email correspondence and scheduling support
- Organize digital files and shared folders
- Assist with procurement of office supplies or vendor coordination
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the owners
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, admin, or HR — ideally in an SME setting
- Comfortable with cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, accounting software, messaging apps)
- Based in Pampanga and willing to visit the studio occasionally
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Trustworthy with sensitive financial and employee information
- Strong attention to detail and follows through on commitments
Nice to Have
- Experience with government contribution filings (SSS, PhilHealth, BIR, Pag-IBIG)
Work Setup
- 100% remote work
- Occasional in-person visits to our Pampanga studio (once a week)
- Part-time: 2–3 hours/day, Monday to Friday
- Flexible start time within the 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM window
