Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and implementation-focused Product Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to help us grow Simplifi and PhotoStudioBlueprint. This part-time role involves creating and executing clear go-to-market strategies, implementing effective campaigns, and measuring their performance rigorously.

We’re not looking for a “just-post-on-social” marketer. We want someone who thinks in systems, loves solving problems, and thrives on tracking what works and iterating fast.

If you’re experienced in launching or growing startup products or working with tech-driven tools, this is your chance to shape how two niche but high-impact products grow in the Philippine creative market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and growth strategies grounded in customer behavior and product strengths
  • Plan and launch campaigns across channels (email, landing pages, social, partnerships) with clear goals and timelines
  • Monitor performance (CTR, conversion, engagement, churn), run A/B tests, and report on what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Identify leaks or friction in the marketing funnel and propose improvements
  • Work closely with product and content leads to align efforts with the overall product roadmap and customer journey

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or SaaS marketing
  • Strong strategy + execution skills: can map a campaign from concept to rollout to results
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks (e.g. AIDA, pirate metrics, customer journey mapping)
  • Analytical and comfortable using data to inform decisions (Google Analytics, spreadsheets, funnels, etc.)
  • Experience with startup environments or early-stage products
  • Excellent writing skills and a clear grasp of user-centric messaging
  • Bonus: Canva, Notion, email automation tools, social platforms, and Google Analytics
  • Strong preference for those with startup experience or work on tech-enabled tools/SaaS
  • Comfortable managing tasks independently and adapting quickly
  • Background in photography, education, or creative tools

Time Commitment:

  • 10–15 hours per week
