Cimmaroon Photography is a team of Pampanga photographers capturing maternity, newborn, and family photographs, it's our lifelong mission to craft stories of unique families through timeless portraits.

We take pride in helping families achieve their classic and modern portraits. From choosing the perfect themes for your photos to finding the perfect outfits and poses, we'll guide you every step of the way to deliver the photographs you deserve.

You’ll be responsible for driving revenue and helping us meet our monthly and quarterly sales goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Sales Execution:

  • Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively present and sell them to clients.
  • Handle the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and repeat business.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and follow up on leads.

• Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Participate in team meetings to strategize and refine sales approaches.

• Reporting and Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates to the management team.

What We’re Looking For:

We value individuals who are driven, eager to learn, and have a passion for helping customers. Qualifications include:

• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in high-value products)
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate, build trust, and close sales
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with a commission-based structure
• Open to feedback and continuously improving sales techniques
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Familiarity in our industry is a plus
