Job Description
We are seeking a UK & EMEA Payroll Lead to manage multi-country payroll operations across the region. This role will oversee payroll delivery through a combination of in-country entities and Employer of Record (EOR) providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the UK and EMEA
Manage payroll delivery via CloudPay, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee and partner with EOR providers, including SLA management and issue resolution
Act as payroll SME for Workday HCM, supporting integrations, testing, and updates
Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and labor regulations across multiple countries
Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal on payroll inputs, employee lifecycle events, and escalations
Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of UK & EMEA payroll experience (multi-country scope required)
Proven experience working with EOR models across multiple jurisdictions
Hands-on experience with CloudPay
Familiarity with Workday HCM
Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll compliance and statutory requirements
Experience managing vendors and stakeholders in a global environment
