Job Description

The Global Senior Total Rewards Analyst administers and supports the development and enhancement of total rewards programs, policies and procedures and administers according to laws and guidelines Supports annual total rewards budgeting process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Guides the implementation/administration of all benefit plans including annual open enrollment efforts in the US Manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners to ensure maximum value of services is delivered.
  • Responsible for benefit plan compliance; ensures company benefit plans and practices are aligned with external regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with vendors and internal stakeholders to oversee ongoing administration of retirement and health and welfare plans including periodic reconciliation and audit as well as annual plan processes (NDT, audit, 5500s)
  • Contributes to the development of communications designed to educate and inform employees about benefits and other company offerings through written and other channels.
  • Familiar with and able to interpret plan documents for both health & wellness as well as retirement plans; able to apply terms for accurate administration of plans.
  • Partners with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage leaves of absence including integration with state and federal leave laws.
  • Actively collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to support requests and other interdependencies.
  • Manages HCM and other data timely and accurately, in accordance with the company policies; maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records and company information.
  • Supports and administers all compensation processes including merit and incentive (STI and LTI)

Partners with HR leadership and peers on appropriate total reward packages to recruit and retain talent and provides compensation education and support to talent acquisition function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification, SPHR or SHRM-CP or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in a total rewards
  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to build complex spreadsheets, manipulate and model data based on specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements and resolve complex matters.
  • Deep understanding and experience in benefits administration Solid knowledge of the regulatory environment impacting total rewards (pay transparency laws, FLSA, Sec 125, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced “bootstrap” environment.
  • Strong project and vendor management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality.
