Job Description

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for:

Work Requirement: -

  • At least 3 years' Experience in Singapore Hiring and 5 years' experience in Aerospace Hiring is a must
  • Stakeholder experience is a must with Strong Communication Skills

Work Setup: -

  • Hybrid, working from Client office in Bangalore

Responsibilties:-

  • Overseeing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process for advanced manufacturing clients, with a primary focus on the automobile and aerospace industries in Singapore.
  • Ensuring service excellence as a brand ambassador and serving as a consultative partner to hiring managers, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
  • Implementing innovative search techniques to identify and secure top-tier talent, while continuously monitoring and analyzing industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Providing mentorship to team members and ensuring proactive, timely, and effective communication throughout all stages of the recruitment cycle, thereby upholding the integrity and efficiency of the hiring process.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a closely related field; or equivalent professional experience

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrable, results-driven recruiting experience specifically within the Aerospace industry is imperative
  • No less than three (3) years of direct experience in Singapore-based hiring practices is mandatory
  • Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels is essential

Critical Competencies:

  • Demonstrated expertise in niche segment or industry-specific (Aerospace or Automobile Industries) recruitment strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge recruiting technologies and sophisticated deep web sourcing techniques
  • Rigorous adherence to documentation protocols and compliance processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
