As a valued Kids Club (KC) Supervisor, you will lead your team in creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members and their children. You will support the General Manager (GM) in recruiting top talent, providing coaching, and conducting performance reviews. Your primary focus will be leading the team in safety and the execution of Kids Club policies and procedures while creating an environment based on human connections and kindness.

➢ Minimum 1-2 years of Childcare Experience (required)
➢ At least 1 year of experience leading a team (required)
➢ Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed
➢ Ability to demonstrate patience while working with children and adults with a positive and playful mindset
➢ Capacity to lead and motivate a large group with excellent verbal and written communication skills
➢ Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and build trust from others
➢ Organized, accountable, and able to set, prioritize, and reach goals in a fast-paced environment
➢ Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
➢ Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback
➢ Physical requirements:
○ Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
○ Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs
○ Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
○ Standing for long periods
○ Computer operations
○ Ability to lift at least 50lbs
➢ At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred)
➢ Bachelor's degree or current continued education in early childhood education (preferred)
➢ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
