SALARY: Up to £45,000 per annum

Job Description

This role will see you providing best in class financial information to support the Statutory reporting team in compliance matters.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare statutory accounts.
  • Provide information to our external and external tax advisors to support the preparation of our tax returns, including transfer pricing
  • Prepare information and support our internal and external auditors
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Complete and test internal compliance checks.
  • Work within the financial accountant team – act as a mentor and coach to junior members

Qualifications

What we would like you to bring to the role:

  • Ideally you will be a qualified financial accountant – ACA/ACCA
  • Have strong technical accounting skills from working in Practice or Industry
  • Experience with IFRS and US GAAP, with a detailed working knowledge of tax
  • Experience of audit preparation
  • Have strong systems skills including Excel
  • Be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • The ability to challenge and continuously improve
  • The ability to thrive under pressure
