Job Description

What You’ll be Doing As an Administrator

The main goal of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the branch. 

You will:

  • Take calls from engineers and customers relating to enquiries
  • Order parts for engineers
  • Call customers to book engineer visits
  • Update the JD Edwards system with any amendments required
  • Support the Operations Manager with any administration requests, such as, placing subcontractor orders
  • Manage maintenance contracts ensuring new contracts are processed through to JD Edwards for invoicing, and maintenance engineers are booked
  • Deal with customer disputes and contract terminations

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5 | Fully office based

Qualifications

What We Would Like You To Bring

  • You’ll have previous administrative / customer service experience ideally from a service / engineering background
  • Ideally some experience dealing with customer disputes
  • You’ll have Solid IT literacy skills - we use multiple systems, both inhouse portals and Microsoft systems
  • You‘ll be a natural communicator with an ability to build rapport with your colleagues
  • You’ll be proactive with the ability to prioritise workloads & multitask effectively
  • You’ll be highly organised and able to work to deadlines
