This role will be office based in our newly renovated office based in Staines. Regular travel will also be involved including occasional overseas trips to Europe and the US

SALARY: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum

Job Description
The Leadership Development Coordinator directly contributes to achieving APi Group’s enduring purpose of Building Great Leaders by coordinating the administrative planning, execution, and follow-through for all API Group employee leadership development initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identifies, negotiates and coordinates learning event venues and accommodation.
- Initiates, manages & maintains relationships with external learning providers.
- Maintains all departmental administrative & logistic duties.
- Leads the creation and transmission of department communications.
- Develops curriculum support materials.
- Assists facilitators with learning event preparations.
- Initiates and reviews program evaluations, follow-through engagements and participant / manager feedback on learning experience effectiveness.
- Ensures employee learning records are accurately maintained.
- Supports business level talent development teams as needed.
- Other duties / projects as assigned.
