Chubb Fire & Security have an opportunity for an Operations Support Administrator (FTC) to join us on a full time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis in Blackburn.

Job Description

The main goal of this role is to support the Management and Install Engineering Team in the lifecycle of new project orders. From the loading of quotations and project orders, to ordering of specialist equipment and Sub-Contractor labor, right the way through to invoicing the customer.

Responsibilities Include:

  • To accept and convert new / variation orders for project installations via JDE
  • To create contract files & warranty contracts
  • Ordering & expediting of equipment involving stock & third party orders
  • Raising sub-contract orders
  • Invoicing inclusive of payment applications, proforma and full/part invoicing
  • Dispute resolution
  • Monthly finance reconciliation

Qualifications

The successful person will have worked within a busy, fast paced administration support role and will be highly numerate with advanced Excel skills.

  • Ability to multitask and priortise busy workloads
  • Analytical and numerate
