Company Description
Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting for a Fire Systems Sales Consultant. The main goal of this role is to sell Fire Alarm systems and services to a range of New and Existing customers in the business to business market place within a designated territory around the Oxford/ Thames Valley / Reading area.
This is a really exciting role with exceptional opportunities, where you can really make your mark.
Whilst we are ideally seeking candidates with proven solution based sales experience, we would also be keen to speak with Fire System Engineers (Service, Install or Commissioning) who are looking to move into sales.
Job Description
What will I be doing as a Commercial Sales Consultant for Fire Systems?
- Develop and cultivate new customer relationships within your territory in line with your Individual sales plan.
- Design Fire & Life Safety Systems in line with customer requirements and government regulations
- Achieve and exceed monthly / annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.
- Lead demand-generating activities in an assigned market for the product specialty.
- Build a sales pipeline to support the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly targets for growth.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Proven track record in Technical, solution-based sales.
- Technical knowledge of Fire systems, with FIA Qualification and knowledge of British life safety standards (highly desirable but not essential)
- Strong territory management and sales planning skills
- Strong Business Development skills
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Current UK driving licence
