Chubb Fire and Security is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our UK & Ireland Best in Class Finance function. This role is based out of our purpose built offices in Blackburn (BB1 2PR).

Job Description

  • Accurate and timely posting and payment of invoices
  • Process customer refunds
  • Raising credit notes
  • Process journals
  • Process terminations
  • Deal with queries and manage disputes

Qualifications

  • You will have some experience of working within an accounting environment.
  • You will have strong administration and customer service skills. Experience of processing invoices is desirable.
  • You will be used to working in a fast paced environment and have a tenacious and investigative attitude.
  • This role is suited to Accounts Receivable Administrators, Accounts Payable Officers, Finance Assistants, Finance Officers, Accounts Assistants, Accounts Officers and Administrators who live within commuting distance of Blackburn and wish to develop a career with a growing international organisation.
