Company Description

Chubb Community Care now has an opportunity for an Engineer Coordinator to join our team in Blackburn. The main goal of this role is to plan, organise, dispatch and control UK field engineering service calls for corrective and preventative maintenance site visits in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

Job Description

  • Log customer requests for service on the Siclops service management system
  • Liaise with customers in organising corrective and preventative maintenance visits
  • Plan and schedule maintenance visits taking into account location and geography
  • Organise engineer revisits and schedule these into the daily workload
  • Chase outstanding calls and follow these through to successful completion
  • Monitor and take effective action to changes in workload and priorities
  • Maintain a high level of customer focus ensuring an efficient and polite service

Qualifications

  • Have considerable customer service experience from a busy office environment
  • Possess intermediate level of computer skills including Windows, Outlook and Excel
  • Be customer focused with a good telephone manner
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritise your work
  • Be a problem solver
  • Be able to work under pressure
