Job Description

Seeking a Business Development & Recruitment Consultant with full cycle sales & recruitment experience. You will build and grow both client and candidate relationships within the Colombia and ideally Latin America.  You will manage the recruitment process delivery including: sourcing, screening, assessing, and presenting candidates to multinational clients.

The Role:

Headhunting, researching, identifying and presenting candidates, spanning a range of diverse industries

Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media and advertising tools

Client & candidate relationship management, communicating in a timely, professional and responsive manner

Creating and updating Progress Reports to track research and recruitment process

Qualifications

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area

4+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting Shortlist & closing)

Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others

Interacting with clients and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

Customer focus with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality control 

Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail 

Ability to work independently and as a team member with our international offices 

English is required
