Functieomschrijving

The HR Generalist will provide support to the Chromalloy Tilburg facility, which will include the development and deployment of Human Resources strategies in support of short term and long-term business goals. The HR Generalist must have a variety of experience, education, and “hands-on” administration in all aspects of HR.

This role requires the HR Generalist to work in a collaborative manufacturing team environment and be a role model for the Site’s positive employee philosophy.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for partnering with the HR Manager  to deliver support to a client group of approximately 170 employees with occasional support to other international sites and corporate initiatives.

The essential functions of this position are:

  • Ensures compliance with company HR policies, practices and processes as well as local, European and regulatory bodies.
  • To support the successful implementation of a global HCM and standardized processes, ensuring accurate employee records and enabling workforce analytics
  • Support talent attraction, candidate management, interviewing, offer management and onboarding new hires. 
  • Conducting training needs analysis to identifying skills and knowledge, partnering with the corporate training team to deliver solutions 
  • Supporting the Snr HR manager with the delivery of the global HR annual calendar of events; Performance, Merit, Pulse Surveys, Compliance training  etc.
  • Supporting employee engagement through participation in Gemba and Safety walks, continuous improvement activities and embedding company values.

Functie-eisen

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years in a HR Officer/Generalist role of a similar size and scope (manufacturing preferred)
  • Possesses an understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Has experience partnering with businesses and building relationships.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Proficiency in Dutch employment laws
