Chromalloy Holland is a production and repair facility in the gas turbine business, servicing customers all over the globe. In this complex supply chain, our Customer Solutions Team are of great importance in customer facing contact. Their job comprises a wide scope of activities, including (but surely not limited to) order processing, invoicing, documentation checks, answering customer requests and improving our commercial footprint.

As a CS Representative you work with both internal and external contacts to deliver world-class customer solutions. That includes a proactive approach to possible new commercial opportunities. Together with the worldwide CS team and a strong business development team, you help to do business in a global market of top-tier products and services.

• You have relevant work experience in a customer facing position, with both an order processing and commercial element
• We are looking for a proactive and go-get mentality; looking to go the extra mile for both company and customer
• You have an HBO education level
• Affinity with complex software suites is a strong plus, as we have our proprietary system
• Your English is fluent in both reading and writing; Dutch is a very strong pro
• You are available full-time (40 hours per week)
• Preferably you have knowledge on the rules & regulations of aerospace (EASA part 145)
