Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with an aerospace background specifically concentrating on military contracts.  We hope it's YOU! 

This job is expected to provide exceptional customer solutions support to both external and internal customers as a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist at Chromalloy!

Job Duties:

  • Own the customer relationship and satisfaction – constant drive to ensure all aspects of the customer relationship is managed to include being the “Voice of the Customer”.
  • Engage external customers and account related issues and establish positive rapport with customers through routine communication cadence.
  • Proficient in sales service support such as generating sales quotation and follow-up to closure, including, producing routine Customer Status Report, frequent communication.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when handling customer queries or complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up with all stake holders to ensure resolution.
  • Identify process and procedure improvements necessary to increase efficiency and the customer experience.

INDCS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum of an Associate’s degree required)
  • 4 years of experience in customer service
  • Previous experience within manufacturing/aerospace / military preferred but not required
  • Six sigma, lean manufacturing or CPEx experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large spreadsheets and amounts of data quickly
