Chromalloy Component Services is looking for Production Supervisors in our San Antonio facility - Wages commensurate with experience. You will lead a focused department in attaining the required safety, quality and production goals, shipping schedules and continuous improvement expectations. Responsible for monitoring training, performance, and compliance of Company policies and procedures of all personnel assigned to the position.

Responsibilities include:

• Must be able to obtain a Repairman Certificate within 2-4 months of employment or have the credentials i.e. A&P license for supervising any maintenance activities
• Practical knowledge of aircraft components, machining, welding, inspection, and related disciplines.
• Lean skills to continually drive process improvements (Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt a plus)
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills; including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.
• Team Building Skills
• Flexibility working various shifts if necessary

Experience:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• At least five (5) years related experience in the aerospace industry
• Minimum five (5) years Supervisory experience in an MRO or production/manufacturing environment
