Company Description
The Accounting Clerk role is a key support role on the finance team, assisting with various financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of CCV’s financial processes.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Filing and Documentation:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records
Recording transactions:
- Weekly/Monthly retail center transactions
- Inventory review and entry
- Interoffice Invoicing entries
Support Revenue Accountants
- Sorting mail
- Batching checks for entry
- Processing refunds in various merchant accounts
- Review/maintain donor records
Support Staff Accountants
- Prepare monthly reports
- Review accuracy of general ledger accounts
Communication with internal and external customers
- Campus Teams – work with to streamline processes, ensure information is timely and accurate
Qualifications
Key Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Office experience, excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in Ministry is preferred but not required.

- A passion for reaching the lost
- Personal integrity in all areas of life
- Must be, or willing to become a participating member of CCV
- Consistently attends worship services with their family
- Is an active participant in a neighborhood group, and is a consistent tither.
