Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Work with a team of Lighting Designers in programming exceptional visual experiences at our broadcast campus as assigned.
  • Work with the lighting team in supporting larger campus events, summer camps, and one-off events across CCV’s campuses and outside venues.
  • Assist in creating stage drawings, renderings, light plots, and technical paperwork.
  • Assist in media server programming and operation.
  • Work with Campus Production Managers to assist with training and upholding lighting standards across CCV campuses. 
  • Assist in creating production designs for weekend environments, CCV events, and new CCV campuses.
  • Work with the lighting team to maintain lighting systems and manage lighting inventory and assets.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other production disciplines to ensure success for weekend services and events.
  • Model self-development in skill sets and design inspiration.

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years working with theatrical lighting systems
  • Proficient in GrandMA and media servers (Resolume, ArKaos)
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks and WYSIWYG preferred
  • Skilled in basic rigging practices
  • Working knowledge in power for lighting systems
  • Working knowledge in networking for lighting systems
