Our team is based in New York in our cutting edge studio in the Flatiron District.
Job Description
- Manage the schedule of 10+ photographers
- Produce call sheets and photo timelines for all photo assignments
- Collaborate with clients to produce call sheets and timelines for multiple events per week
- Book and arrange travel
- Manage and schedule photo shoots in-studio and on location
- Handle studio upkeep and various administrative tasks
- Assist company owner with his schedule and coordinate meetings
- Occasional travel
- Client Invoicing
- Vendor payment
- Collaborate with the Studio Bookkeeper
- Work closely and act as liaison with entire Studio team
