Job Description

Join a Team Built on Collaboration!

At Clermont Park, we're looking for a Registered Nurse who works hand-in-hand with our clinical team, residents, and families. You'll manage medications and provide clinical care in our skilled neighborhoods, and help new residents settle in with warmth and confidence.

You'll plan, direct, and evaluate resident care to ensure every need is met in full while also guiding new residents through a smooth, welcoming move-in.

Essential Duties

  • Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and families on resident status
  • Address resident, family, or physician concerns and escalate as needed
  • Complete assessments and maintain accurate Resident Care Plans
  • Prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders; manage medication ordering and replace expired stock
  • Document and report resident care issues appropriately
  • Use sound clinical judgment to identify symptoms and determine appropriate action
  • Supervise and coach ancillary care staff
  • Support new resident move-ins for a smooth transition
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay

$42.00–$50.88 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and wage grid placement.

 

 

Qualifications

**Basic Qualifications & Experience**

  • Colorado Registered Nursing License in good standing—your ticket to making a real difference!
  • Advanced training in geriatrics? That's a bonus we'd love to see on your resume!
  • 1+ year of long-term care facility experience—bonus points if you've got it!
  • 1+ year in a supervisory role? Even better—we love a natural leader!
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) to keep things running smoothly
  • Fluent in English—reading, writing, and speaking (we promise our documentation is worth it!)
  • Customer service superpowers—because every interaction counts!

**Working Conditions & Physical Requirements**

  • Ready to stay active? You'll be handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and infectious diseases
  • Prepared to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout your shift—nursing keeps you on your toes!
  • Thriving in a dynamic setting with frequent interruptions and multitasking
  • Energized by frequent interactions with residents, families, and visitors—connection is what it's all about!
